The Sacred Seasons

One of four of the Sacred Seasons known in this work is the Season of Discover. Discover is the place/time to understand and experience how we have learned to defend ourselves from the world. We discern how we have moved away from pain – physically, energetically, and emotionally. We learn how we have narrowed our perception, created feelings, isolated parts of our body in response to circumstances at times in our life. We learn that while trying to protect ourselves from something we have deemed harmful or painful we have ultimately associated and conditioned ourselves to the painful focus, which we initially tried to avoid. We all need to look at these places we have avoided. There is so much richness waiting to be discovered inside ourselves.

Gratitude

Thank you for allowing us to serve in such way that supports your growth, my growth, our growth, and the growth of the community at large. I recently had the experience of receiving feedback from someone who was holding onto information about me for twelve years. It was a hard thing to listen to and to hear, and there are parts of me that I am consciously working on so that I can be more authentic and more compassionate and loving. Healing Myth 6

Someone else has to have healed from this disease before I can do it. Our state of health is the result of a multitude of contributing factors. Emotional issues, how we deal with stress, the existence of a personal support system, and adequate nutrition and exercise all have a powerful impact on healing. Other healing modalities like SRI, acupuncture, homeopathy, massage and yoga also affect our healing, and are utilized by many people. Consider that other healing techniques and experiences that greatly affect our life are not included in the physician’s diagnosis; little information relative to us has been considered when we are given a prognosis. Finally, it is important to remember that although people may be diagnosed with the same disease and appear to have much in common; they have traveled down very different paths to produce their illness. The doctor may seek to treat the condition, but the condition cannot be separated from the person who experiences it. The condition may or may not be curable, but the person can always heal. The power of life flows freely through the body unless it is blocked by a physical obstruction or by the conscious, thinking mind. The power of life flow smore freely within the person whose story or myth gives it permission to flow.

I did my first seminar with Alison Armstrong about a year ago, and it really significantly shifted my relationship with men. I think she has information that would be useful for every woman. THE 12 STAGES OF HEALING

Healing has little to do with the removal of symptoms. Rather, it is an intimate and integrative process that encompasses every aspect of our being – the entire spectrum of our existence. Healing transcends the simplistic notion of jumping out of a hospital bed or getting up from a wheelchair and walking; it involves the harmonious alignment of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being and how we relate to the world. The result is a greater experience of wholeness, wellness, and soundness. And wholeness is the birthright of every living being.

CLEANSE FOLLOW-UP

It was great to cleanse with all of you! I really enjoyed my cleansing process this time, and hearing about your experiences. I feel this is the most gentle, effective way to clean your system and return to the healthy eating habits that make us feel at our best. I have learned from all of you that you want to continue with the eating habits you instilled and keep up on your veggies and fruits. I have loved diving into my own cooking, and would love to hear any recipes that you have enjoyed. One person shared with me KALE chips. Yummmm. Clean kale, wash, cut into chip size pieces. Toss in olive oil, put on baking sheet in oven for 15 minutes. I like to add brewers yeast. So good! If anyone is still thinking about engaging in this cleanse there is always time and I would be happy to discuss it with you!

HEALING MYTH #6

Healing means understanding what went wrong, or who did what to me. To heal, we do not have to understand what went wrong in our life or who did what to us. If a person is recovering from a heart attack, would his recovery be enhanced by trying to figure out what he did wrong, or who did what to him? I think not. Instead, he needs to rest, including his conscious, chattering mind. The fact is we cannot know what went wrong or how we arrived at our present situation until we experience it with our biology. We cannot see the forest if we are looking at a tree. Likewise, we cannot see the benefit in a hurt or trauma from the place of our suffering. We cannot resolve any problem with the same consciousness that created the problem in the first place. Healing Magic: To heal, I don’t need to understand what has happened in my life or why. I celebrate the miraculous interrelatedness of people, events, and circumstances. I allow myself to experience a new state of consciousness by expanding my chest with air, and placing my hands on my heart. As my bodymind heals, my awareness shifts, and old wounds dissolve into nothingness.

TRIAD OF CHANGE

This is a simple pyramid that relates your life to the relationship of your structures (body included), perceptions (meaning) and behaviors (actions and habits). By studying how it is that you do your own personal triad of change, you can determine whether you are actually living in your triad of ‘pain’ or your triad of growth. You can use this information to be more effective in your life.

We will be having a talk at the office on April 28th from 7 to 8:30pm to explore this triad in greater depth. You are invited and encouraged to attend, and your friends and family are welcome too. Please sign up at the front desk.

SRI WORKBOOKS

SRI Workbooks are great, redone, updated, and very useful! In his new SRI Workbook, (available at the front desk), Donald Epstein outlines twelve distinct stages that we experience in our healing process.  Each stage involves a greater awareness of, and participation with the energy, vibrations, and body rhythms that have been separated, forgotten, ignored, or blocked from free expressions.  Each stage has a distinct rhythm that imparts its wisdom and unfolds from the healing of the previous stage.

The key to mastering the wisdom of each stage is to get into its rhythm rather than try to get out of it.  The experience of each stage is valid, even if we do not understand it at the moment.  Although some stages are more enjoyable than others, none is better than another.  Each stage of healing calls upon us to take a risk and move toward wholeness.  As we move toward wholeness, we are better able to receive the magical gifts that each stage offers.

SRI WITH JEANNIE

Many of you have already had the chance to experience the Entrainment/SRI days in the office. The discipline created by Donny is designed to incorporate both NSA and SRI. NSA works with the spine and the nervous system and works on the structure and behavior of who you are. SRI works on the front of your body. It creates a connection within your whole body, front to back. It also works on the perception part of the triad. I strongly urge full participation on all your parts to do the SRI when Jeannie is here. It really furthers your progress in care. Please note that participation with Jeannie will automatically add a $20 fee to your account. This is a great deal, just so you know, in other offices, a private SRI session costs $75. Thank you for supporting your growth with Jeannie.

MAY IS OUR 13TH ANNIVERSARY MONTH!

I can’t believe that we are already going on our 13th year! Wow, so much has changed and transformed in that time period. I think I must have lived through at least five lifetimes since then if not more. Thank you all so much for being a part of my journey. I am so honored to be a part of your lives and your evolution, and grateful that you are a part of mine. To celebrate with me I am making May the month of joy and gratitude. Please send me your friends, families, coworkers for an initial visit and the cost of the visit will be on me!

DVD LINK – WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVE?

Do you ever feel like explaining this work can be a challenge? Do you try to tell your friends, and explain the benefits of this work, and they just look at you slightly glass-eyed? What if you had a video with Donny both explaining the work, and doing a demonstration? Would that help? My friend Kim, in Boston, was interviewed for tv and had Donny on with her to explain and demonstrate network. I think it is something that would be very useful for ALL of YOU to watch. Some of you have made it to talks here at the office to explain more fully the work, and some of you haven’t. This video will fill in the blanks for you.

Month of Love

OK, here we go again, Valentine’s Day.

Uggg? or Yeah!?

Such an interesting exchange of forced expectations. I do have some friends that are a couple. They have been married 10+ years, and have two kids. Every year they both celebrate Valentine’s Day with such gusto! From cute new pajama bottoms, candles, gifts and a romantic evening together. He gives her what she needs, and she honors him fully. It is the most successful celebration of Valentine’s Day that I have seen year after year.

I remember having had the biggest argument with my old boyfriend on Valentine’s Day one year because he just didn’t see the day the same way that I did. He didn’t want to celebrate because he was being forced to celebrate. I can understand both sides. It is a forced holiday, AND, what is wrong with showering LOVE on your beloved? It feels good.

So, I will be spending this Valentine’s Day at the Transformational Gate in Colorado. There it is a given that my day will be infused with love. I wish you could all be there with me. And wherever it is that you are, it is just another opportunity for you to GIVE and RECEIVE love. Can’t get too much of that!

Concepts of Reorganizational Healing Triad of Change

In reorganizational healing we create greater wellness, make healthier lifestyle choices, enjoy sustainable, increased quality of life even in the face of life challenges. And we strive to live the life you were meant to live!

Your pain is never in your circumstance or condition. But your circumstance and life condition activate the pain you live with on some level. Underlying our suffering is the inability to be present with or experience our experience in the moment.

• The suffering is always in the concept! When you get the wave going through your spine, it is the ability to restructure the mind, and restructure the life!
• Where is your focus? Driving ahead, or looking in rear view mirror? Your focus = your future.
• Your physiology is a function of habits from the past. Life flows with that. If looking in the past, than the future becomes the past.
• How do you let go of your past? You’re living in your past. You don’t get rid of your past! You choose a different future!!
• You have to decide to go in a different direction. You can choose it in this next moment and the care in our office is here to support you with that.

DO HOW DO YOU DO ALL THIS? You begin with the TRIAD OF CHANGE.

There are three parts to this triangle:

• Perception
  With perception you are focusing on a sensation in the body, or an emotion that you’re feeling or that someone else is feeling. Or it is the meaning you are giving to something or that someone else is giving to someone. Perception is about thinking me or someone else, or feeling me or someone else. People who lead with perception can simply realize they need to change their perception about something, make the shift, and the change can occur effortlessly.
• Behavior
  Behavior is the action are what you are actually doing. Action being taken, and the way you are doing i
• Structure
  If it answers the question of When or Where, it is STRUCTURE. If it has to do with a plan, a contract, a marriage, it is STRUCTURE. Posture is STRUCTURE. If you have to change your location or ‘go to do something’ then it is structure. Or if there is a specific time for it.

Observe yourself. What is your side of pain? What is your side of gain?

For me I lead with Structure, then Behavior, then Perception.

If I am leading with Perception I am leading with my triad of pain, and things don’t go so well. For structure, sometimes all I have to do is change my posture, and the whole results of where I am at, and where I am going can change. I used to think I lead with Perception, only to discover it was truly my demise.

This concept can be challenging to understand and I would be happy to engage in conversation with you to help you discover your Triad of Gain.

SRI – Somato Respiratory Integration

SRI  is a discipline designed to work in conjunction with Network Spinal Analysis. It is designed to work with the perception side of the triangle. It is a very powerful component to this work.

In other offices sometimes there is a SRI facilitator who schedules private appointments and does 20 minute sessions. The cost of these sessions varies from $75-90. I have figured out a way to get SRI in the office for a nominal fee. I have Jeannie come because I know it will assist you in growth and transformation. It is really important to me that she is there, and really important that you choose to participate in the sessions with her.

The additional cost for working with Jeannie is $20, in addition to the entrainment. I encourage you all to be open to having sessions with her. If you do work with Jeannie, an additional $20 fee will automatically be added to your account.

Soul Style Workshop

One of the many, many pieces that I got from going to my Ultimatum program was the concept of your Soul Style. What it is is creating a sentence that uses adjectives that describe your gifts, qualities you want to imbibe more of, and what you want the world to know because you are here.

We worked in small groups to determine what felt the most true to your soul. When you finally get it right, when you say it, you can feel it radiate in all cells of your being. You then use it in your arsenal as a tool to exchange to the highest version of you when you might be losing touch with your truest self.

Here are a few examples:

I Am a parthenon of courage, inspiring compassionate action.

I am a wild sensual dance of feminine strength, beauty, and wisdom, seducing transformation wherever i am.

I am a fireball of passion, spontaneously erupting in joy, while illuminating the way to forgiveness and personal embodies liberation.

I am a wildly passionate seductress of courageous integrity igniting abundant intimacy with the intoxication of divine recognition.

Office Flow

I just wanted to let you all know that office flow is quite lopsided on the whole. Monday’s and Friday’s tend to be much busier than Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. If you have more flexibility in your schedule then please visit during the quieter times.

I like to be able to be flexible and serve everyone that walks in the door, and that is my tendency, and my desire. If the office is more busy, that becomes more challenging for me, and for the people who have scheduled appointments in advance.

If you could try to schedule your appointments in advance that would help with the overall flow of the office. Thank you.

HAPPY  NEW YEAR!

What a year it has been! I think I grew, felt, expanded, cried, laughed, danced, and screamed more this year than ever before. And through these experiences I have been able to tap more deeply into my soul, and into my internal connection with God, and into my longing to create more and more of this inside me and my life. I have had to let go; trust, perhaps kicking and screaming, but I have more trust, more faith, and more humility than ever before.

So why I am telling you this? I am telling you because I am so grateful for my network care in getting me through these more challenging times. And in going through, feeling, and reaching deeper inside, I also believe my ability and capacity to serve you has expanded.  So with great honor and love, I hope to serve you even more fully in 2010.

Ultimatum

I will be spending the next week in Colorado at the Ultimatum program. This is a one week healing intensive with Donny Epstein where you explore the invisible forces that shape your life, body and destiny. It is designed to help you live your nature effortlessly by jump starting areas that tend to be more challenged. So I am looking very forward to taking this time away to go inside and create an upgrade, a newer version of me.
While I am gone, Michelle will be entraining and Jennifer will be at the front desk. I know they are both very excited to serve you in my absence. And I do look forward to seeing you when I come back. My first day back in the office will be January 11th.

Happy Holidays!

Happy Holidays to you all. It is always such a strange time of year for me. It kind of sneaks up on me, and then it is here, and there’s all this stuff you’re ‘supposed’ to do, and it really just makes me anxious and nervous.

I prefer to make the art of giving a way of life, and give when I feel like giving, then have all these rules that I am supposed to follow. And being raised Jewish, I always felt a little bit of an outsider anyway.

So this year, I went outside the box. I bought a ‘holiday’ tree. We decorated it, put lights on it, and made it more pagan, with all the stuffed animals sitting at the bottom instead of presents. I like the smell. I like the lights, and I have all these ‘waldorfian’ decorations on it. It’s working for me. I think I can like this ritual.

San Francisco Gate

It was so great to have so many of you participate in the gate this past November.

The gate is such a magical experience where people get to open up, and explore parts of themselves that they don’t get to visit very often. I had the honor of being able to work this past gate, and it is such a great learning experience to be on that end of things. I really got to see where I had holes in my work, and how much I love people and being present with people where ever it was that they were at. I did miss the socializing and being with my friends, kids, and you, but I get to serve on a whole different level.

The greatest blessing however was being able to have my three kids participate. I was so moved by who they were, and having them there to support me and themselves. Thank you to all of you who took an active role in engaging with them when I wasn’t able to. I am really grateful to all of you, not just for taking care of my kids, but for having the courage to step into the unknown, and open up to more love, or perhaps to just having to feel more of what is inside. That is not always easy.

The next gate – if anyone loved it so much that you want to go again soon, the next scheduled gate is in Colorado, February 12th. This time the gate will be followed by a 12 Stages of Healing Class, and I highly recommend that you stay there for that segment as well, it is so powerful. I am planning to attend as a participant this time.

Advanced Care Intensive

I spent the last long weekend in Colorado, going for an intensive training. The timing was so perfect for me after the gate because I really got to hone in on the areas that I wanted to be more precise about. I learned so much. And hopefully some of you have felt the effects of improved precision.

I am more committed then ever in getting this work out in the community. Everyone needs it, whether they are aware of it or not. It helps people connect more, feel more of what’s happening on the inside. It helps people know there are changes that need to be made, and then make them. It helps put people into action. And, it creates more love, so that more love gets spread out into the planet.

Each person is in his/her own place and has whatever path necessary to get to the love, the precious gem, waiting inside. I am committed to taking people there.

Gift Certificates

If you would like to join me in spreading this work into the community I have designed some gift certificates for the holiday season. The gift certificate offers the intake first visit at no charge. It is a gift from me, and a gift from you to them. Please ask Jennifer for a gift certificate. The expiration is January 31st, so I hope that you can find two or three people to explore the possibility of this work. Just make sure to sign your name on the certificate itself. I look forward to serving your community and friends!

Ultimatum

Ultimatum is the creme de la creme retreat offered by Donny (founder of network). He spends a week with 50 participants in delving into the triad of change to help you determine what makes you run, and then figure out strategies to be the most congruent with your authentic self, where you can live in a way in which you can truly share your gifts, love, and contribute in the world in the way that you are meant to.

This program is open to anyone under network care. I am planning to attend this one. I have felt the calling for a couple of months and the universe has paved the way so that it is pretty effortless. Michelle will be covering the practice while I am gone, so you will all get to delight in her talents!

Flu Buster!

So far so good! It’s working for me. Still no flu in my household, me and my three kids take it daily, and we are on a role of good health. So if you are interested in purchasing any please ask Jennifer at the front desk.

Holiday Office Hours

We are CLOSED on December 24th and 25th, Thursday and Friday, and then again on December 31st and January 1st. We WILL be open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of those weeks. Tuesday we will be in from 3:30 – 6:30. So please schedule your appointments in advance. And, if you are someone who only comes on Thursday or Friday, please reschedule for another day in the week.

Cleanse Time

Ok, it is that time of year to go within, and cleanse within.

This year, instead of Standard Process, or Blessed Herbs, I am going with Designs for Health. I will be doing a 21 day cleanse. If anyone is interested in this process please talk to me. I have chosen to work with a nutritionist to target a couple of health issues at the same time. If anyone would like to work with her alongside your cleanse that might be a good option as well. If enough people are interested perhaps she could set up appointments from here.

Astrological Readings

If you are someone who likes to have your chart read, and I definitely fall into that category, a friend and avid network receiver will be visiting the bay area in November and will be having individual sessions out of this office. He will be here November 4 and 6 in the afternoon, and the 11th all day: Download Flyer…

I found his reading I did last year to be highly accurate and helpful, even though what I was going through at the time was not easy. He was very compassionate and his understanding of network and SRI make him that much more integrated with his work and this work.

Video

As some of you might have noticed I have been working on creating a video.  This video is being created so that we will all have access to an easy way of explaining what this work is about. People will be able to get a much better feeling for what this work is, what it can do, and get a taste of me. If anybody who was here during any of the taping is uncomfortable with being in the video please let me know. I will make sure to show you a copy before it is complete, or make sure that you are not included. I want to truly thank you all for being willing to step up with me and share your stories. I am sure it will be a great video.

Celebrate!

And speaking of celebrating, we will need to have a big bash to celebrate Michelle’s moving on. Michelle will be moving to Colorado soon. I am hoping in January and not sooner, but the final details are not complete yet. She is moving there to set up her own office in Denver, using her friend’s office space, and start sharing her gifts in a grander scale. So if any of you can convince her otherwise, to stay that is, we will have to wish her well and much success.

The Flu Shot…

There is an extreme amount of hype this year with the push for EVERYONE to get the seasonal flu shot in conjunction with the H1N1 vaccine. If you are considering this, I beg of you to educate yourself thoroughly before doing this.

I would love to put all the information I have on here about the pros and cons, but I just don’t have enough room to write everything and site it all properly… So I am going to give you the next best thing, some of the websites I trust and respect (all of which have sited information and research) for you to go and explore. I will leave you with this bit of information I received after reading and watching videos on these websites….

This came from Dr. Joseph Mercola M.D. website:

“It seems odd to declare a national emergency even if there were 1,000 confirmed swine flu deaths. There are so many diseases that claim so many more lives each and every year… The only difference is they don’t have a vaccine against them that they can promote that every man, woman, and child should take… For example, hospital-acquired infections alone kill some 90,000 people annually in the US!”

The 1000 deaths they are talking about in the quote above were based off of symptom diagnoses of the swine flu, not lab confirmed infections, the CDC’s own web site readily admits that since August 30, 2009 they are no longer testing for H1N1.

So my question is, if they are no longer tracking the virus and following it and finding it’s prevalence in the population, how do we know this is really a pandemic and that the H1N1 virus is infecting people and the number they say it is if there are no numbers to back it up?

Did you know that the famous Dr. Oz and President Obama’s kids are NOT receiving the H1N1 vaccine or the seasonal flu shot this year.

What makes them so different then the rest of us!?

This is just a bit of the information from multiple sites I have looked at, some may surprise and appall you!  I invite you to discover for yourself, don’t take my word for it and don’t just do it because your doctor, the media, or all your friends are doing it, make the decision for yourself because you have educated yourself and have the information you need.

Creativity

Each of us is infinitely creative. In our essential state we are pure consciousness. We are an inseparable part of the field of pure potentiality, which is the ultimate source of every idea, creative act, and everything we see in the physical universe. In every moment we are using our intentions, thoughts, and attention to create the world around us.

Given our inherent creativity, what stops us from fully expressing and harnessing our creative potential? The greatest obstacle is certainty. When we’re certain that we already know all the answers, we’ve convinced ourselves of our limitations, and we are sure of what is and is not possible, we prevent the birth of new possibilities.

Extraordinary events, ideas, and coincidences come into our lives every day. If we are mired in conditioned thought patterns and beliefs, we can’t recognize and take advantage of these opportunities. We only see them in hindsight. Instead of rigidly clinging to the familiar, embrace the unknown. When you have a new feeling, an uplifting thought, an insight you’ve never acted upon, allow the possibility to emerge.

To tap into our deepest potential and creative reservoirs, two extremely valuable tools are the NSA/SRI and the practice of meditation. When we do both, we access the pure consciousness that is the source of all creative inspiration. We go beyond our internal dialogue and repetitive thoughts into the refreshing silence and stillness of pure awareness.

As you cultivate inner stillness, you will be able to act from a place of calm, centered awareness. The combination of stillness and dynamic movement will allow you to create whatever you want. As you venture into the field of all possibilities, keep in mind that feeling uncertain is a sign that you are moving in the right direction – towards greater freedom and expansion.
