DISCOVER WORKSHOP

Well, we just finished our Discover Workshop with Jeannie, and it was very inspiring, graceful, loving, and left a beautiful sense of community for me. I personally am discovering about myself how much I love community, and how much I thrive in community. I also notice how much others thrive in community as well. Sometimes we think that we are not comfortable around a lot of people, or that we prefer solitude, and prefer to stay introverted. However, I suggest you look again, are there barriers that are protecting you, hence keeping you solo, fears perhaps of not being liked? In the past I had never considered myself someone who loved community, even though it was clear I did. It was at the Ultimatum program where Donny pointed this out to me that almost gave me permission to dive deeper into this. I know it may seem simple, but what I find the most uplifting about being in community is the opportunity to really GIVE. So much of the time we traverse this life alone, and even in partnership we can still feel alone, and seeing people light up because of the support they are receiving around them is inspiration. So I invite you all to step one foot deeper into our network community. Give to people who need support, feel the joy of being around conscious, transforming souls. Offer your gifts, and open to receiving gifts from others.

TRANSFORMATIONAL GATE COMING TO SAN FRANCISCO!

I realize that just about every newsletter seems to have a plug for the gate. Given that there are two a year in Colorado, two a year in Como, Italy, and one on the east coast, there is a lot to inform you of. BUT, this one is in our neighborhood (sort of) at the Westin Hotel in Burlingame near the airport. They don’t get much closer than that, no travel expenses, no hotel (unless you choose to stay there, which can be fun). The cost of the gate is just under $600 and it is a weekend of growth. Friday night Donny gives a most eloquent, uplifting, talk. He is quite the comedian, genius, and wizard, and even if you can’t make it to the gate you should mark your calendars for December 3rd and show up for the Friday night talk. Plan to be there by 7:30pm. Saturday and Sunday you receive three entrainments each day, some SRI, some singing/chanting, and some kind of movement. Saturday is working in Discover and Transform, and Sunday is working in Transform and Awaken. At the end of the gate you get to experience the most beautiful, loving, light parts of yourself, and share that in great community. It would make me so happy to have you all attend. I know that might be pushing it, but I hope many, many of you can come! I will definitely be there. Sometimes I work on staff at this one.  So one way or another I will be there, whether as a recipient, or entrainer.

CHANGE OF SEASON/FLU BUSTER

So while we all get to enjoy the hot days and summer we never had, it is an odd time for our bodies to acclimate to such extreme changes in temperature, and some people do find themselves symptomatic. It is a great time to purchase another bottle of Sarada’s Flu Buster that we carry in the office. I am a great fan of this stuff. I take it whenever I feel a little scratchy in my throat. I give it to my kids, and they are very willing to take it. And many practice members really love it, so if you haven’t purchased any it is great to have on hand at this time of year.

MY WEEKEND IN SEATTLE

A few Fridays ago I spent my weekend in the Queen Workshop: Women Embracing Power and Ecstasy. It was really great work. I honed in on my noble qualities (what I want people to feel because I am around.) I learned about creating better boundaries so that I am taking care of the people in my village and have the resources and energy to feel and embody those qualities and therefore exude and share them, while not loosing my energy on places and people where it isn’t necessary. It is hard to write this all in one paragraph but her work (Allison Armstrong) is so practical and useful and simple. If you have any interest, check out understandmen.com. The first workshop I did with her really shifted my relationship with men in a phenomenal way.  If you want to know more, please ask me.

GIVE, GIVE, AND GIVE SOME MORE

And in closing for this month, I invite you all to dive into the practice of giving. (I am not talking about money.) If you are having a hard time, feeling bad, or are completely focused on yourself, try to make a switch.  Look and see where you can give and contribute to others. And see how that changes your state of mind. Play with it. It may work sometimes, and other times it may not. But either way, BEGIN the game.

With so much love and gratitude,

Jane
